At Hoorayen, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure that every abaya, hijab, scarf, and accessory you purchase meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.
Accessories and hijabs are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@hoorayen.com or WhatsApp our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or exchange process.
Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.
After inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and verified.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In case of a defective or incorrect item, Hoorayen will bear the return shipping cost.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention it in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
